After several years of growth within the company, I stepped into the role of Head of Content at Allie + Bess, where I led the creative team and played a key role in shaping and evolving the brand’s identity. In this position, I balanced creative vision with strategic business goals, ensuring all content and campaigns supported both brand growth and commercial objectives. My work required strong leadership, creative strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and a highly organized approach to managing multiple moving parts across the business.

Base Social is a newly launched, event-based members-only club. As Social Media Manager, my social strategy and content approach grew the account to over 30,000 followers in three months.
